Organize and conduct a meeting
Every member of the team should share a calendar.
- The meeting leader sends an invitation to all participants using the calendar invitation including the purpose of the meeting, a start and end time and what will be the topics,
- When participants answer to the email, meeting is automatically inserted into their shared calendar,
- Every participant prepares for the meeting according to the meeting purpose by collecting the data they will need,
- At the beginning of the meeting, leader defines the purpose, the deliverable and the note taker,
- During the meeting, stakeholders can work on a shared document like Google Docs. Leader assigns tasks to participants,
- Establish the next steps and an eventual next meeting.
