Organize and conduct a meeting

Every member of the team should share a calendar.

  • the meeting leader send an invitation to all participant using the calendar invitation with the purpose of the meeting, a start and end hour and what will be the guidelines,
  • every participants answer to the email, meeting is automatically inserted into their shared calendar,
  • every participants prepare the meeting according to the meeting purpose by collecting the data they will need,
  • at the beginning of the meeting, leader define the purpose, the deliverable and the note taker,
  • during the meeting, stakeholder can work on a shared document like Google Docs, leader assign tasks to participant
  • fix the next steps and an eventual other meeting before the end.
