Open Atrium usage

Open Atrium is CMS based on Drupal. It allow you to create distinct groups which can have their own member, blog, case tracker... .
It can be used as a CRM, with the CivicCRM module and also for project management with the Storm module.

You can use OA as your plateform for internal communication. The book should contain all useful information about the company and processes. The case tracker can be used to assign tasks to the team.

In a client context, you can put inside all the documentation that client need. And use the case tracker for specification gathering process and at the end of the project as a bug tracker.
