Workflow

- Involve contractor with hiring_contractor
- Involve him in the project
- Create his development branch
- Assign him to a task and define status=new, title, body, priority, invoicing type and due date
- Developer undertake the task and put the status to "In progress"
- At task completion, contractor status "Dev complete", test

Reporting to CFO

Broke down income and cost of sale by type of work:
outcome: hosting, salary, contractors, sysadmin, office computers, cap (monitoring, domain nane, internet), software
income: website sales, ongoing dev, iphone dev, maintenance, requirement specs, training
+ break down the IT different tasks to see where the time is going
